Hasni,
Slipping off the snow and just hurt for a few days, you will not get EI.
As far as going to Agency is concerned, you will not get EI as long as the agency sends you to work. You have to quit if you are not happy with the job or agency. Quit meansyou will not get EI.
Say for example that the agency is sending you to company A. COmpany A does not have enough work and hence they ask the agncy to stop you. if the Agency canot find a Company B for your (same or similar work), then they will give you "out of work" and with taht you can get EI and also go to second career to upgrade your skills. You need to have put in atleast 910 hours for EI.
Sometimes, the agency may feel that it can get you another job in 3 months or even Company A might have said that they will recall you in 3 months. So they will give you only 3 months for EI. In this case, you will not get second career oppertunities.

TK has mixed up too many things here, EI regular benefits, EI sickness benefits, second career, etc. Some of the information provided by him is not correct.
Please visit EI's website or call EI or visit Service Canada Centre location in person to get accurate information.
