Hi,
I am currently in Winnipeg and trying to sell my Flat in Chennai. I am making 2 Power of Attorney(one of Collecting documents from Bank and Another for selling the Flat) which are drafted by Document writers from Chennai, India.
There is confusion here: Does the Power of Attorney document needs Indian consulate's Attestation?
Some of them(including the Document Writer) said that Notary Public Attestation and Manitoba Commissioner of Oaths Attestation is enough. If this is only required I will save lot of money and time.
I see some posts where public Notary attestation was enough.
But can anyone please confirm from recent experience?
Thanks,
