The 2002 delhi people I guess till march have tier 57 months over. If people in this forum who have 57 months over can send e-mail asking for status.

Applied for immigration via buffalo, while studying in canada. Application sent on April 1st 2003, received confirmation on June 2003 and medical sent on dec 2006 - Interview waived (with great surprise) after 3 years of extensive background check as i am from pakistan, and been working in the gulf. Become landed immigrant on April 2006.

Applied at CHC, New Delhi in June 2002, status unknown. Wish had I invested the same application money in some tier 2 city real estate :-)

Congrulation ashakeel to be landed immigrant now, but how's it possible that medical sent to you in Dec 2006 and you became landed immigrant in April 2006? Seems you missed something, don't ya?

And can you please tell that did you came to know that they did extensive background check of you within this 3 years?
