International property show to be held in UAE








Dubai, Jan 29 (IANS/WAM) The ninth edition of the International Property Show (IPS) will begin here in the UAE in April. India, Pakistan and China will take part in the event.

Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions are the organisers of the IPS 2013, supported by the Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

Exhibitors and investors from Turkey, Malaysia, Cyprus, US, Poland, Russia, Egypt, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait will attend the event to be held April 30-May 2 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Research firm Ventures Middle East says the current value of infrastructure projects in the Gulf region is estimated at $408 billion. The UAE holds the lion's share of infrastructure projects, accounting for $187 billion.
