The closest one that I could find was at a chinese shop at Rexdale mall (which was around the size of 3 small lemons- the size which was rejected by the north indian lady saying that she needs a smaller one). Last time he was the only participant from India. This time there are two more - both from Indian Army (Tashi Lundup and Jamyang Namgial) participating in ski events. In fact, there is no mention of winter Olympic games (and Indian participation) on IOA website. Of course, we have 2 more than Pakistan :) I can ski and skate and curl - but not good enough...

USA: Threat of liquid bombs on airplanes
Started by: desi in ottawa on 10 Aug 2006
Indian civilization existed for more than 2000 years and withstood several invasions and occupations only to come out stronger and better. Think about this - 1 out of every 6 persons on this planet is Indian. Indians are peaceful people but if provoked they will unleash hell on the aggresors. India has second level nuclear strike capability. The nation and diaspora will exist all long as this earth exists.

I hear that the Indian stores in Brampton also exchange the INR? I checked all major banks in Canada - no INR in their list of currencies- not even on ICE which is on the Pearson website.
