   ...We visited Algonquin park last weekend which is considered as the peak of the season . Natural beauty in abundance and leaves everlasting impression. IMO it is a must to visit place especially if you are in GTA . Just make sure you have enough food with you as not many options available in vicinity . If you go to West entrance instead of east you can save 50 KM drive . Be prepared to walk as they have many many beautiful trails to explore .

I'd recommend that you bring as much clothing as you can from India, including bed sheets, pillow covers etc. Try and bring a pressure cooker with you. The Indian type cookers available at the Indian stores here cost 4-5 times what they cost in India. If you have a GSM cell phone, bring that too :-)

Even during ramadan, now-a-days bars are open, even people are caught on drink driving go free after paing a fine (ofcourse if nobody is hurt). People are buying properties over here from indian subcontinent. Only thing is insecurity, you are woking at very good position and tommorrow you may be no where. Even in Dubai you have a tempke, people do celebrate holi and Diwali openly and national also participate. But always something is missing, everything is superficial, everything is related to shopping and dining, cultural heritage may be missing. ...

   ...Hi, I am planning to take three/four families ( 20 people including kids) out for dinner. It is my daughter's birthday, but we don't plan to celebrate her birthday there.
