You need to go to an internal exit door at terminal A where airport bus will be available to take you to terminal B. It will take hardly 5-10 minutes to reach there. At Terminal B, if you don't have Indian passport, need to get your travel document verified (Indian visa/OCI/PIO/eVisa) at the gate prior to boarding.

But no food, water, etc is allowed. So better be prepared for any unusual request from your kid(s). - If you are visiting Canada and are applying for a visa to US, your chances of getting one are pretty slim. We saw a couple of cases being refused. - DS 157 is not required for children. We prepared for our son but the lady gave it back to us.
