The housing is quite cheap (almost half prices compared to Mississauga) in these areas and hoefully your car insurances as well. With most now having the option to work from home, the commute is not going to be that great of an issue. Main concerns are things like schools and how the kids will adjust to a "mainly white only" scenarios. What do you guys think? T

Secondly the rumour is that every third file is taken for finger printing and if your last name is a common name or there is chance of your name being very common you would need finger printing and your file gets delayed. I still believe SBI Canada is the best in Indian banks except that they are not open on saturdays or late in the evenings.
