You can also try Hwy. 10-Eglington intersection. Also see the possiblity of buying near medovale town centre. Otherwise you can go to Brampton and buy a detached house/ semi for that price. This instance recently happened when my cousin went skiing with his friends. The Indian Landed guy was turned back, whereas the french landed guy had to pay $6 to have visa stamped on his french passport. It was very embarassing for the indian guy. Well, you may not like it, but it is a fact that a substantial portion in the north of J&K is not under Indian control. It what they we Indians call POK, and the residents and Pakistanis call "Azad Kashmir". The Indian maps that show pre 1948 boundaries of Kashmir are wrong. India might claim that the territory is wrongfully occupied by Pakistan, but that is what the LOC is.

This filters get choked up with the Indian style of cooking and loose efficiency in short time (unless you replace them frequently ). So they just recirculate semi filtered air which is not good. of course to exhaust the air out you should have the necessary ducting in place. IMO, the over the range ovens are no good for our ( Indian ) style of cooking. They save space but are useless when it come to filtering the air.    International DL: ... can give you extra credits for getting your local DL, then the answer is NO. But if you plan to rent a vehicle and drive immed upon landing here, then it is a good thing to carry. As far as getting credits for local DL is concerned, make sure that you carry your Indian DL wch should be issued at least 3 years or more prior to you landing here. If you do not have one, make sure to get a back dated fabricated DL. Coz this will give you exemption from one yr waiting period after getting your learner's DL. If you are married, and your wife is also coming with you, make sure to get a similar Indian DL for her as well. All the best tc

And assuming the total expense as 2.5 K (rent, food, car, other expenses), the saving will be just 1.5 K which is around 80K INR. So when I agree that this is better than my current monthly salary of INR 1 lakh, I don’t think it is “too good to be true” considering other factors about staying in India and abroad. Can you please tell me why do you think it is very good salary for a person getting INR 1 lakh per month in India?
