If you are not of Indian origin or you have US passport then they ask for extra charges. You have to clarify that via email or phone (hard to get a hold of someone there, I know). If you are of Indian origin and hold Canadian passport and are attaching prepaid envelope, you should be asked to pay only the rate displayed on their website....

But on the day we went to collect the car at an auspicious time and day, some unheard of brand of tyres in the Indian market was found fitted to the car. Most probably the tyres must have been bought on weight basis from some Chinese supplier. When we protested and asked him to provide reputed any Indian brand tyres like MRF/Apollo/Bridgestone/CEAT/JK, the dealer refused saying that it was OE supply and any change would affect our warranty.
