Victoria is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island and you can reach this city from the mainland by ferry or sea plane. It's predominantly British and I didn't see many desi's there. However the scenic beauty of this city is unmatched....

There is a highly sucessful walk in clinic at Hurontario and Queensway intersection (Opp. Mississauga Trillium Hospital). You can register anytime and they have family doctors and as well as specialists. Quality is not that good but the turn around time is quite fast.
