European mess worstens, food prices go up, gas prices go up, commodity prices go up. Osama, Saddam, Kim Jong Ill and Gaddafi becomes zombie and comes out of grave. Better find a long term rental agreement now with the 10% discount in monthly rent at each renewal. Put all the money in RRSP, RESP, Life insurance, funeral insurance etc and you will just do fine.
