Agree, part of them belong to India but they are not Indian anymore. Immigrants have a different story altogether. We as an immigrant to Canada, even if obtain citizenship can still find our roots back to India and live that very life. It's normal. On friday they have excuse that call back next week) I tried to speak with their supervisor / manager, But they say that case is being handled by the back office, hence they have no information yet. I am sure that Indian commpanies have better working procedures than american/canadian companies. and there Indian CSR donot put you on hold for 35 minutes. Also, Indian companies are courteous enough to call you back if you ask them, but canadian companies always ask you to call them back during the day time working hours.
