Grew up there - has 3 old passports + 1 current - all submitted with the above form. Questions: 1. Time frame to receive passport with visa 2. Validity of visa - her medicals expire Aug. 24 and police clearance 3 weeks or so from Aug. 24 08 - she has some stuff to wind up so how much time can she spend in India after getting the visa
