Moreover, what was, or is, so wrong in showing a pic of an Indian style lavatory? I am sure, quite a few desis, especially those that have been firmly accustomed to the desi way of crapping, must indeed be missing the squat. Although I myself prefer the commode for comfort, I have to say that the desi style is far better in terms of hygiene. As far as possible, I try and avoid using public toilets here.    ... my original Indian passport had expired and I had asked for a new one / renewed one, in 2009 !! At that time, they seemed to have no issue ( because there is none ! ) and had renewed it. I am angry that no where on their website did they mention these "new" forms to fill out just because my P.R card says "HC1" on the back... what does this matter ??? If it was explained to me from the beginning I would have easily completed these "extra" forms long time ago in this miserable process of having to deal with them for a simple, passport renewal. Also the questions on the "extra" two forms were complete BULLSHIT. No use whatsoever. The actual form ...

Sometimes full pay, sometimes minimum, sometimes no pay except couple of people in an apartment (rent paid by the employer), some money for food etc. It's their call, not the candidate's. At my sisters home, she takes care not to use cinnamon in any of the food, when I am invited to her home. I have tough time passing through those cinnabon restaurant. Worst is the Eglinton subway station, where the entire station reeks of that smell:down:. And God helps if a passenger sits next to me in transit, eating that cinnamon flavoured gum.
