   ...Before the OCI/PIO merger info came, I read in the local newspapers that PIO cards would be issued in India also, in major cities such as Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, etc. If someone can please throw more light on OCIs getting Indian citizenship / passport, that would be very much appreciated.

   ...Yes, I asked them for Sony and Star Plus, etc. and they don't have it. So, I gave it a miss. I live in a townhouse and installing dish is out of question. I need Indian channels for my parents only. I think I will be fixated to Cable for a while longer in the absence of some real alternatives. May be Jadoo.

   ...The CGI also arrange camps in GTA areas (Brampton, Oakville etc) in the first week of November where they come to any local school over the weekend and provide the life certificates to anyone who shows up with Indian Passport.
