Will the indian consulate do it without my original passport. I can give them a photocopy and i can be there in person. Does anyone know if this will work???

It's available in the yellow or white 2 lb/10 lb/20 lb formats in most supermarkets (No Frills, Loblaws, Price Chopper, Indian grocery stores, etc.). We've been able to make very soft chapatis with it. It is made in Canada, if you care about that.
