   ...I used KLM to/fro India two times, and I am satisfied (not pleased) with their service. Never had any issues - plane were always ahead of time, no lost baggage, OK food. Only trouble is that while coming back to Canada, I was forced to sit for 8 hours on Schiphol before I could get a flight to Toronto. Smoking is allowed in Schiphol restaurants - a big issue for people like me who are allergic to smoke. Restaurants are expensive. I asked for a small coffee, and it was really small. I cannot sleep in the plane ...
