   Yes. You should: ...Yes. You should give a notorised letter both authorising them to indian and return from India to Canada. They MIGHT ask this at the immigration. Failure to provide this information (if asked for) can bar the traveller from entering the flight. So be informed and do give the authorisation letter to the spouse travelling with the child.
