The Indian Counsulate website of Toronto says that they admit only 45 people per day for OCI and that the head count takes places at 8:00 am. Any expereinces as to how early I should reach there? I know by common sense that I should not line up on a Monday or Friday since out of the area people are more likely to line up on those dates than others. Real situations would be much appriciated.
