So DD has good prospects in Alberta. Desi's in Alberta can advice better. All the best. India is not the place to be these days Peace

If you have your own personal insurance, then your beneficiaries would get all the money and they decide what to do with the money; whether to pay down the mortgage or use the funds for other needs and expenses. Moreover, it also gives you the flexibility to go to any other bank for the mortgage at the time of renewal and you are not at the mercy of your bank as their mortgage protection insurance is not transferable. Even though we place mortgages for our clients with banks, we always advise and get them their own personal insurance as per their needs...

Started by: at on 02 Mar 2007
...well education in india no doubt is getting better..if you notice we indians have a greater analytical ability coz of education and i know of friends who studied in india came here and are doing excellent in the colleges.. only because they are used to studying from a really young age unlike here wherein kids dont give exams before a certain age.. also know a friend who studied in an ICSE school in india, and is now doing genetics engineering in the US.. indian education toughened him up to face any kind of academic situation.

Science & Technology: Car exhaust flow rate

IMO, Indian laws are biased against petrol cars though diesel exhaust is more dangerous to health than petrol, as per WHO studies. For diesel vehicles, they test only the colour of the smoke whereas for petrol they test for carbon monoxide, CO2 and Hydrocarbons. Many testing centres have failed audit of the govt reg equipment and staff.
