   Police Clearance Certificate: ...parents are visiting us and are with us here in Toronto. In the meantime, we have received medical papers and request for Police Clearance Certificate from India (we had done an address change, so the documents are received in Toronto). Completing medical is not an issue. I understand that we can apply for PCC at the Indian Consulate in Toronto. Has any one had experience with this process and please advise. Thanks.
