However, not sure if this equivalency works well for applying TN. Indian Universities are still at a far placed behind (ancient) when requesting for a sealed transcript. I get an anxiety attack everytime I think about requesting a sealed transcript from Delhi University if in case I need to enrolll myself in a higher studies here in Canada. <sigh>.

While researching your website, http://www.cgitoronto.ca/, I found that the per applicant fee for OCI is $421.00 in Canadian funds. Incidentally, few months back, my brother who is a US citizen of Indian origin and resides in Chicago, acquired OCI for himself & his family. I was surprised when he informed me that he paid only USD 275.00 per applicant for his OCI application. All they wanted was some sort of feedback/guidance before/after immediately landing but they do not want to help others who need same kind of feedback or guidance. I do not know if it has something to do with being Indian in origin.
