I am particularly looking for a blender that can grate the coconut for south indian curries. I think any blender can do it as I have watched my friend make coconut chutney on a $ 40 blender from Walmart. For me chopping veggies and making coconut chutneys are two important things a mixer-blender must do. Any other CD members, please share your experiences with mixers/blenders.
