   ...able since the city is growing like crazy. There is a fairly large Desi community here with two temples, restuarants and if you are south-indian a dosa place opened up recently (Yippee!). The people in this City are nice and friendly even when the temperatures starting dipping under -30C. But in the end, you can't beat the rocky mountains. They just rock. I have hiked in the mountains for almost 4 summers now and I have just covered only a tiny bit of the rockies. I hope to spend atleast another 10 years or the rest of the my life hiking in the rockies. Go Flames Go! ...

My question was more inclined towards as to how other people are using the Diploma and name it on their resume. Canadian employers are not aware of the Indian title, i.e. PGDBA, PGDBM, etc. So, I use the local lingo, i.e. Post Degree Diploma or Masters Diploma, which is more in line and equitable with Canadian counterpart. I don't see anything wrong with it, except using it as MBA when it was more of a Diploma. I take strong exception to the latter....

Most hotels have a shuttle bus, but it's like 2/3 trips a day, which may/may not be convenient I have a soft copy of the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2010, if you need a copy.    IRONY: ...ts not worth my time nor their capacity to explain to a so called top 100 BC company to change things the way I think as I am percieved a low profile, poorly illitrate Indian brown sugar who can only clean toilets and pick 70 lbs per minute. I changed from a GM level to a labor level inthis country and even learnt forklifts and stuff to survive. The problem is my age is about 40 and they need young blood for labir jobs. But my argument is that what should I do with 20 years of expereince considered zero and competing with 20 year old school dropouts.    ...most of the posts related to IELTS will say for me. most of Immigrants scores between 10-12pts for IELTS. and one needs to have 7 band in each module for 16pts. In the end I will still prefer to live in Canada. And as the health is concerened I think that non of the Indian govt or pvt employers give health insurance, u have to get it done urself. and the tax which is deducted here in canada is worth paying it. you will have ur health, pension, unemployment fund, children education all secured. I love Canada....
