News and Events: These companies are just there to take away jobs

Others have raised security concerns and breach of privacy fears with little or no basis. In contrast to the hostile atmosphere being whipped up in the US, Canada is far more welcoming to Indian companies. Infosys and Wipro have both set up operations in Toronto and Windsor respectively. TCS, one of the earliest movers into Canada, has ...

Getting praised by western nations for their 'liberalism' is some thing they like best and will do anything and everything including selling the nation to get their goal. Look at it this way. If they have to give a befitting reply to Pakistan, then that means they become accountable and that is a difficult task which may put them in a tight position where they have to plan, think, impliment policies and justify them to the world. The easier option is to just accept the defeat and preach peace. After all it is not the PM himself or his family that's being ...

New investments and model planned for India...: ...I do agree with you there is no fun in working and ending up with few dollars which makes life miserable.... but with the kind of revolution happening especially in the manufacturing sectors because of globalisation and thanks to the IT revolution people in west don't see the Indian Passport in the same way as it was or used to be few years back... (of course scenario is yet to change in Middle East). The same FORD and GM who are strugling there pumping money into the ASIAN MARKET and trying to position them against the Koreans and Japanese... Even these days European are not far away... with few already invested and few more on the pipeline I'm sure the day is not far away when people in Ma...

After office we work together at home and along with house work we talk/tell stories to each other/laugh/teach them Letter/numbers, mythological stories etc....kids absorb like sponges, are parrots and pick up things very fast. - Do fake competitions, I give them a sheet of paper to cut and I cut onions/make dough...we compete who'll finish fa...

So, from paris, I flew BA to London and then onto Pittsburgh instead of NY where I was a student at that time. AI is a s**t hole full of corrupt and totally incompetent morons working for it. So is Indian Airlines. That was the last time I flew AI and IA. I used Kuwait and KLM on future flights along with Jet Airways....

... For example a warehouse laborer is a Material Handler (NOC 7445). The second number is your level of training. 6 is D, 4 and 5 are C, 2 and 3 are B and 1 is A. Therefore 7(4)45 is NOC C. The only NOC D jobs are generally the following: Cashiers, Food "Helpers" (not cooks), Trades Helpers or Labourers and Cleaners in some Industries. To find yours, look here (http://www.jobfutures.ca/noc/browse-...ions-noc.shtml). Or check your Record of Employment (ROE) If you score is not 16 or above your file will be closed and you will be referred to another agency, no appeal process. (parboiled rice). - We dont eat chips, but our junk food is homemade COOKIES. Again, this does not have to be time consuming, just make the dough, roll into a log and freeze, bake as needed by slicing from the log in the freezer. Much fresher/tastier and (all together now) no preservatives. These may not sound like time saving tech's but they truly are. A little planning goes a long way. My child (2 yrs) is on a ...

Family Class: Sponsoring Family
Started by: Aurora on 21 Oct 2003
... I am a permanent resident, currently living in Canada. My wife and baby are in India from past 2 months, we used to live in the US until recently. Both my wife and baby would come back to US in December-2003 or Jan-2004. Baby is a US citizen and my wife an Indian citizen. I want to sponsor both of them to Canada in early November from India. When their file is still under process, and if they come to US probably by the end of December, what are the options I have? 1) Can I request their file transfer from India to US? Is it going to cause substantial delays? Or 2) Should I wait until they come to US (end of dec-03 or jan-04) and then sponsor them from US. (If ...

For this, they decided to go to Matt's ancestral village Karucachal in Kerala, and live on Rs. 26. They ate parboiled rice, a tuber and banana and drank black tea: a balanced diet was impossible on the Rs. 18 a day which their briefly adopted ‘poverty' permitted. They found themselves thinking of food the whole day. They walked long distances, and saved money even on soap to wash their clothes. They could not afford communication, by mobile and internet. It would have been a disaster if they fell ill. For the two 26-year-olds, the experience of ‘official poverty' was harrowing. Yet, when their experiment ended with Deepavali, they wrote to their friends:...
