Our Native Country!: Indian Cols. Letter To Pak Chief-of-Staff Causes Flutter in Pak Media
Started by: bjork on 26 Apr 2009
...tand up to Taliban: An open letter to Gen Kayani Col Harish Puri, a retired officer of the Indian Army, has made an impassioned appeal to Pakistan Army chief Gen Kayani not to allow the Taliban to break up Pakistan, which would have calamitous consequences not only for Pakistan but also for India, which too is a victim of cross-border terrorism. In an open letter to Gen Kayani, the Colonel reminds Gen Kayani that the future of mankind in the subcontinent rests with him. Here is the text of the letter: Dear Gen Kayani Sir, Let me begin by recounting that old army quip that did the rounds in the immediate aftermath of World War II: To guarantee victory, an army should ideally ha...

Will it be a no-brainer decision for next generation to return to India for a better life and brighter future? Only time will tell. If the answer is yes, then are we the in-between Generation? Glo...
