Real Estate & Mortgages: Anyone applied for PAN card?
 Started by: mississauga2 on 03 Jun 2009
...If you don't have a PAN number, you can fill in Income tax form no. 60 the form is for people who don't have no PAN and want to do a transaction (I am not fully sure if buying property is also a transaction in there but logically it should be). We bought Indian shares via our bank and did not have a PAN no. this is the form the bank asked us to fill in. I hope it works for buying property too, please get it checked from your bank or real estate agent. This is what it says exactly "Income Tax FORM NO.60: Form of declaration to be filed by a person who does not have either a permanent account number or General Index Register Number and who...

(There are no tollways) The Taxes are high compare to other states of the USA, but as you know Canadian taxes can't be beaten. There are many Good Indian restaurants, from all parts of India. They are also relatively cheap. The bay area is surrounded by so many attractions, so be ready to spend money on that. So the only major cost is housing. Add taxes on top of it and you can calculate it yourself. There should be some sites like below comparing cost of living http://www.moving.com/real-estate/compare-cities/index.asp ...

The easier option is to just accept the defeat and preach peace. After all it is not the PM himself or his family that's being ...
