PR Applications from India do take longer and should take longer because there are far more applicants in India then anywhere else (okay maybe China would be a competitor). You shouldn't be too sensitive about reacting to your Indian heritage. The fact is that India does have 1 billion inhabitants. If processing times in India were same as those in other parts of the world, Canada would be flooded with Indians. This would be unfair to immigrants from other countries.    ...It's not about the affordability but the sheer concept of availability of mortgage. I have heard stories from my CGA Accountant friends how people cook up their T4 and salary slips to obtain mortgages for the houses they really can't afford here. Complete first hand information. If tomorrow, you open up the floodgates of mortgages to the Indian middle class, you would also see its impact the same way as in Canada. Getting mortgage easier doesn't mean you could still afford a house....

He should stick to what he is doing - composing music. Worst, he has been roped in by RGV to score music for Sholay, and he will sing "Mehbooba Mehbooba". That is a matter of disgus...

I already cast my vote in the early vote for the current incumbent in my constituency. ...

Now when I have to incorporate the second company for me, I will do it on my own..........but would advise a non-financial person to take professional/knowledgeable help. A few hundred dollars spent today will go a long way! Chandresh...
