(unless they r putting seal behind the photos) If they are favoring one particular studio for what so ever reason, that is unethical. But given this is Indian govt stuff we are dealing with, Im not sure if anything can be done legally abt this.....

Real Estate & Mortgages: To buy or to wait ?

... just one example of a motivated seller in a buyers market looking for a quick sale. Also check out two POS listings: http://www.livingmississauga.com/ What areas in Mississauga are the hottest for real estate right now? The question to ask should be: Which areas do you want to move in? In every price range there are opportunities out there. Not every seller is desperate to sell at any price. Those who are selling for financial or other reasons, offer great buying opportunities. What if I am selling and buying? This is probably the best time for people who want to ‘buy up’. Prices at the lower end have held their values better than the prices at higher end. E.g.; if your pro...

Now look at the performance of our batsmen and tell me in your opinion who should be retained in Indian team.[/quote] This is the main reason for the very poor performance of this team. Of judging players by their performance in B'desh. This is typical "classic Boycott century" type performance, which does not consider the team's situation. And deserves to by boycotted. Even a 50 or 70 on a bouncy Sydney or Perth pitch is much worthier....

When you have a 'building a temple over Mosque' as an official and deep rooted agenda, then what you see is the making of extremists right from the lower ranks that take up crucial Public offices eventually, and as a result doom the Nation on region, religion, and cast lines (open advocacy of Manusmriti over Indian Constitution)....

...WN money to Canada due to tax implications. But same person suggested to bring through Parents I heard that Parent can sent money to Children as Gift amount Is that TRUE ? If yes , what is limit of this Gift amount ? What are the other LEGAL ways of bringing money to Canada ? How much Indian banks usually charge while doing WIRE transfer ? He already checked with TD in Canada & there are no charges for receiving money from India If parents can't sent money due to some reasons, can brother or friend do the same thing ? Will there be any tax issues ? Thanks.. ( this person is in Canada & on PR for last 3-4 years )...

Our Native Country!: The price of petrol

The soil is getting poisoned beyond recovery, all the water holes, ponds and lakes leveled up and sold by real estate sharks. In a country of 1.2 billion, there is going to be a severe shortage of drinking water and food grains. The news media with their mouths filled with the ad-money which the car brands have stuffed, are not able to utter a syllable about about the issue. After creating all the confusion by putting on roads lacs of 2 and 4 wheelers every month, MMS is continuously raising the petrol price, which results in terrible inflation. God alone can save us ...

Some points....: ...Ice cube, As you know, entry to the USA is a privilage and not a right. I hope you have the correct documentation that your sister in USA will take care of your mother. By what you are saying, it looks like your mother is holding an Indian passport with a visa to Canada and USA. If it were me, I would assume that she has just 50% chance of entering the USA b'cos she has to back up her reason for entry to the USA and exit from the USA with solid facts. Now she canot reenter Canada (even if entry to USA is rejected) and once the visa officer comes to know of this, I am sure that he will demand the flight ticket to be shown/...

Thanks CDN_Dude & Souvik: ...to him on how my IT training was relevant in my engineering career.I think I could easily make out that he was not interested in asking those questions but he had some kind of check list for me to rattle on. When I started my training in Detroit on Monday I found out that the INS officers are asking the same pattern of questions to other Indian people holding Canadian passports (who basically came for training) who even said they were here in Detroit to spend the weekend though they crossed at Windsor . Souvik,Thanks for the H4 input...

Life: Was it a Right Thing To Do? What is your Opinion?
Started by: kanjis on 25 Dec 2006
Does this article deserve.....: ...ves. Surely, some of our children are hypnotised by movies as far as dressing and behaviour is concerned. Are the Children alone or has it affected the heads of the family as well? Should there be standard for movie makers. For Example: Until very recently Kissing was not allowed to show on Indian Movies now it seems to have become acceptable. We have infront of us another issue. Can horrible sceans be banned? What is the thinking of others on CD. So you see Chandrash, there are issues. When will this madness stop? Who will help to stop them? ...
