As Rajan Desai, another CD friend has rightly pointed out that initially a new immigrant fails to get job in his related line but after working in for even odd jobs he get considered for a job in his relevant field. what i think is the employer looks whether a job seeker is well suited to the position or not. obviously after spending some time , may be doing odd jobs one become familiar with canadian way of life which eventually helps him to fetch the job. so instead of looking for such united effort for such cause if one concentrate on his individual efforts to update the required skill that will be more beneficial . Touch base with ICICI Canada and check if they can help you in withdrawing the balance without charges . b. If not withdraw from all the 5 Banks ATMs and check which has the maximum transaction limit. c. Withdraw from that Bank till you get down to the last 100's after which use the card as a debit card for the balance .... most likely a sin...

From Oct-Dec gold prices are driven by Indian market because of Diwali and weddings (the largest consumer of gold is India). I couldn't answer him, why?? Financial security? Status, dowry system? What's the use when 80% of his life it’s hoarded in bank lockers. There was a story in a daily that these guys are hanging around places like Walmart (frequented by South Asians) to find "victims". So the next time someone is more polite than humans usually are, he might be going for the jagular.......... Beware!...
