The joke is that almost all these members (Indians and Chinese) suggest permanently settling in India via the refugee route or fake marriage route. Refugee route is $1500-$3000 for a claim where as the fake marriage route is 20K to 40K. The irony is that they will provide lies to process your refugee claims and you get $ 550 is assistance after your refugee claim is approved. I think that Canada should BAN altogether refugee claims.
