Agents are buying the foreclosures/short sales (we don't have them here) themselves, fixing them and flipping them in less than 2 months, making a cool 30-40% profits. The people who are in the market to buy are of Chinese and Indian origin and most of them are paying $200K-$250K cash. A realtor(R) there I know told me that he has been seeking loans of 100K from individuals and returning them 110K back in 3 months. And for some who are expecting the prices to fall 20-30%, in Mississauga/GTA, it would mean a drop of 70K-105K from the current average. I sincerely wish it could happen here. But I doubt that most recent purchase...

So at the end, I was able to pay the correct price. The most inconvenient situation happens at Indian grocery stores, where the bills does not describe what you are buying.    ...The food prices and taste are both good. We go there atleast once a week. They serve lamb biryani on weekend. You have to be there before 6 PM otherwise it is sold very quickly. It is a Paki owned restaurant chain, if you are not allergic to that then do go there.

Citizenship: PIO or OCI vs Canadian consular assistance in India

   ...I am yet to see any Indian government or Indian consulate website (or any credible website) saying that OCI is NOT entitled to consular access. I have seen some forums and a website immihelp.com that say that but they have not mentioned any source of their information.
