I have a high speed DSL service with bell sympatico. While the internet service iteslf is good (stable, consistent as regards speed), the billing support is far from effecient.. I find charges that were not supposed to be, and have spent countless hours dealing with CSR's about this....


To top this, when I get a credit on my bill, I have to actually make a payment of the amount credited, in order to see a reduction in my subsequent month's bill... that's the way the credit system works with bell.

Having had numerous instances of bad billing support, I am looking to change my
ISP. I'd really appreciate if you could share your experiences with your ISP - that would help me make an informed choice.

i was happy customer with sympatico for 4 yrs. but this year bell just lost it. i had contract for unlimited usage but they started charging me after 60 Gb (which is nothing for me) when i talk to their so called customer support i have to pay for anything above 60 Gb as per new regulations even though i'm still under contract and CSR sais she will credit the amout overcharger for first month which i never got back.

so i decided to change the ISP and went to TekSavvy. Awesome support and xcellent service. no complaints so far since march this year.
