Dear Massood Ji,
I am processing under the spouse category in New Delhi. Visa officer asked for my passport last week for stamping after over 14 months of processing. However yesterday out of the blue the officer asked me to provide a Police Clearance Certificate for my 5 month stay in Mexico. I had sent a letter to Mexican police headquarters for a PCC one year ago but had not gotten any response. I researched on the internet and found out that a PCC from Mexico is unobtainable as per following sites.
http://www.kamya.com/misc/polcert.html
http://www.immihelp.com/immigration/police-certificates.html
Also I dont speak the language and have not been able to find any way for me to get one. The visa officer is still insisting that I get one by any means. What should I do now? Is there any way I talk to the visa officer's supervisor about this?
Please help me!
Thanks
talk with mexican embassy in delhi they will provide u pcc.. otherwise i don't see much light
gud luck
