I am very new to toronto. Landed in April. Have a secured credit card, been using it and paying on time. Hopefully should get my job offer letter in next few days.

I am looking for a condo to rent in the downtown area with 1 bedroom. I understand renting requires us to show our credit score. My question how can I build my credit rating quickly as I need to rent by last week of september.

There is no quick method......I dont think you show the score but may be they check on their own on your consent....

May be there is an option to provide guarantor if you are new ....??
