Fellow Desis,
Please help. I am applying for my parents permanent residence. My question is who should be the principal applicant? Father or mother? What is the difference? Related question is what happens if secondary applicant fails to qualify (medical reasons)? Can the principal applicant still get the visa?
Thanks,
MJ
Dear MJ,
Your father will be the principal applicant and your mother will be the accompanying spouse.
Both the parents have to undergo medical examination and failure by either of the two can lead to rejection of visa application for both of them
Best wishes
Praveen
