Can I use hrdc approval granted a year ago used for work visa which was rejected. I am thinking now to mail it and include it with my immigration case to expedite it. However, it is a year old now, is it possible to do so?

Once the application is rejected, with an explanation, you know the reason for such dis-approval as your application does not meet with their selection criteria. Please see the rejection notice. Read it a second time.

The Immigration process is long and time consuming. Before you submit the application, you should also check and see if you do qualify with sufficient points to apply. Go over it once again. There seems to be some problem there.

Immigration application was filed 3 years ago.
The applicant does qualify and score above 67 points.
The process is very lengthy and thus decided to come as work permit.
got HRDC approval but work visa rejected a year ago.
meanwhile immigration application still pending.
If work available it gives him 5 points for arrange employment as well expedite the process.
However, the HRDC approval is a year old but still valid.
