Courier tracking info - BLS Canada

I have submitted passport to BLS Canada for renewal.

The geniuses at BLS now says it is dispatched via courier and gives me the airway bill number, but does not provide the courier name. Does anybody have any idea which courier they use?

They have phone numbers on their website, but the user is on hold infinitely.

Your help is much appreciated!

I tracked it on the Purolator.

The BLS guys don't provide the courier info on their website. They don't provide my phone number to courier.

The courier won't deliver because they don't have my buzz code and they won't leave a reminder on my condo entrance.

Well, some things never change.

I was BLS last week, and I overheard the staff tell a client that it was sent via Purolator.... That's how I know. Based on what you're describing, that client has a similar issue. His pp was returned undelivered with no intimation.

Yep.. some things are always consistent :)

Thank God that Purolator is not an Indian company. Otherwise Purolator would also have been torn to shreds just like BLS.

That's because BLS sucks big time. VFS was lot better and at least had the decency to help customers when needed (over the phone or in person).
