Hi,
my application for pr is being refused on 22 feb 2005, my wife is in vancover & I m in india. I was intervied in chandigarh on 2nd feb 2005.Tomarrow. I got letter in which the resons are bellow.
1. Girl’s second & mine first marriage.my wife is 2 yrs elder than me. So they this can not be a perfect match.

2.and immigration dept. said:: not communication evidence provided( but we give them telephone bills of daily calling approximately 30 min)

some people says appeal takes 12 to 16 month to complete decision. Some says 2 yrs may be, some says 4 month I do not what is the exact figure approximately.. ((( I got all this information on the net from different immigration discussion rooms.
Can any one tell me approximately exact timing to be took place in my case.. pls I will be thankful to u specially mr. massood I will be hearable thankful to u r reply….
And every help will be appreciated.

I have just returned from court and the appeal was a marriage case too. I have emailed you directly.

My appeals take approx. 7 months. Some have been resolved without going to court but by Alternative Dispute Resolution in 3 months.
