Held annually, this full day Conference is structured to encourage interest in the Hindu religion, spark debate and engage participants in discussions about the areas of Hinduism that are important to them. It is also very interactive in nature, giving each participant an opportunity to share their thoughts with their peers.
The theme of this year’s Conference – 7 Insights into Hinduism – explores several unique facets of Hinduism. Delegates will be a part of active discussions on topics such as how Hinduism can play a key part in their 21st century lifestyle, similarities between Hinduism and other religions, the Hindu perspective on current issues and many other exciting topics. The Conference is targeted at those aged 16-29 and all presentations at the Conference will have a youth presenter.
Conference participants will be provided breakfast, lunch and a networking event all as part of the registration fee (Early Bird - $7, @ Door - $10). The evening event will include entertainment and an arts and cultural display. The entire day is intended to provide a unique learning experience and an opportunity for participants to network and build lasting relationships within their community.
