South Asian Classic Golf Association (SACGA) - a not-for-profit organization, has hosted the South Asian Classic Charity Golf Tournaments since 2005 in association with the Voice Media Group. Proceeds of previous tournaments have been donated to Canadian Charities including Sheridan College Scholarship Programs etc.
This year, South Asian Classic Charity Golf Tournament is being held on Wednesday, Aug 24, 2011 at the prestigious Glen Eagle Golf Club, Caledon, Ontario. Glen Eagle is a premier 27-hole championship golf course just a few minutes northwest of Toronto.
144 golfers are expected to participate. This event, like previous years, will be full of fun, excellent golfing, networking opportunities and delicious food and other entertainment programs. After the game there will be a prize distribution function followed by dinner and drinks. Like in previous years, we expect some senior Canadian politicians, business leaders and professionals to participate.
