GOPIO Canada is a premier National Organisation dedicated to promoting the welfare of Canadians of East Indian origin residing in Canada. It is a part of Global Organisation of People of Indian Origin, the largest and the oldest Indian Diaspora Organisation in the world. GOPIO Canada is non religious, non political and as such represents the entire NRI, PIO and the OCI community in Canada.
Mandate of GOPIO Canada is:
To establish Canadians belonging to Indian Diaspora in Canada.
To be a strong, single voice for all NRIs, PIOs and the OCIs in Canada.
To promote local businesses through networks, trade delegations and International business connections.
To build bridges between Canada and India.
To contribute to the Social, Economic and the Intellectual welfare of its members.
To be a strong voice for the Ecological responsibility.
To strengthen Family unit.
We invite all people of the Indian Origin residing in Canada, whether they are NRIs, PIOs or OCIs, to become a part of the largest Indian Diaspora Organisation in the world.
