Heritage Skills Development Centre is excited to extend an invitation to you and your loved ones to our senior in Home Support Program starting January 2024.

This initiative is dedicated to providing meal support, in-home care, friendly visiting and accompaniment to isolated seniors 65+ in the Scarborough community who may be facing challenges.

Our program will support seniors 65+ that are isolated, with disabilities or who are unable to prepare their own meals. Our goal is to enhance the well-being of our seniors.

We are currently seeking clients for this support. If you know a senior that could benefit from this service, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are ready to discuss your needs, preferences, and eligibility to ensure you receive the support you deserve.

If you or someone you know is interested in joining our program, please register online through the link below; https://forms.gle/NNJYYARwJi2FEyND7 or

call 416-345-1613.
