desi-friend: Document 5292 is only one page. When you go to pick up your PR card, they will only ask for a photo ID and your expired PR card, same will be mentioned in the pick up letter. Hope this helps.

Now the problem I am having is that my birth certificate is in my native language. And at the time of my birth my name was "xyz" and that is the name that is used on my certificate. Now ISB requires a certified translation of my birth certificate in case its in my native language. Where can i get my birth certificate translated and certified from?
