Margin trading is also good. I have been trading in gold for several years now (since 2003) and have made good money.

Also other metals are good.

My trading is done in Europe. Rollover facilities I feel are better there than here, though I could be mistaken as I haven't compared recently.

I am a long term investor/trader and use leverage heavily, not just in gold but also in other commodities.

Internet learning in my opinion is all garbage. Internet trading is good.

I always pay money to learn something and since I do I ensure I make enough and then some to cover the expense. Maybe just my mind.

I learned FX trading by reading through a long thread, the main contibutor to which was Chandresh, am trading and making moolah but do not pay much attention to
it, so perhaps I don't make as much money. Other things I have paid for, I pursue with a vengeance and ensure I make multiple bucks.
Again it's all your personal temperament.

The optionetics seminar on right now in my opinion is fit for the poubelle.
