I am ready to pay for the incurring costs
I am currently working in London, UK and have 5+ years of experience in Oracle Projects Majorly in Oracle Applications( E-Business Suite 11i)

There are a few answers to questions posed by you. If I were to provide you both with a simple answer that is universal to all of them, without asking you the full gamut of questions, everyone will find a short cut to this immigration problem from my reply.
On the other hand my reply with details might get you straight into the hands of a few that I want you to avoid and you might not get any more satisfaction that you both are seeking through any other sources available to one and all. So I will provide both of you with a written response here. If you are seeking immigration into Canada, please follow the threads that are available here on this web site. In there, you will see, they have provided you with precise details with fees etc., and the time frame it takes to get entry into Canada. Can you wait that long or is your situation a desperate one?? There is no shortcut to it, to my knowledge. I see that you already know this and are seeking a short cut through a work permit system. That is wherein I do not want to mis lead you both with unreliable information. So be guided in your exploration and findings into the work permit system and tread very cautiously through that mine field.
