The GO Train is the best way to get Downtown/Union Station from pretty much any of the cities you mentioned. From Etobicoke and Scarborough you have the other option of taking the TTC Subway. Being closer to a subway line/station helps on the daily travel time as well as you only will have a short ride by bus or may be able to walk to the subway station from your home.

Certain areas of Mississauga are also good as well in terms of schools, communities, Indian grocery stores etc but you are limited to the GO Train to head to Union Station just like you would be if decide on the Brampton area.

Certain areas of the Scarborough area also have a strong Indian community as well.

If you have any more specific questions feel free to ask anytime.

Soon I am going to be out of an area in Etobicoke where I really enjoyed.
I lived just a minute walk from Subway, I have access to not just TTC buses but also Mississauga transit, school was just a minute by walk beside my home.

The Apartment building has at most all common facilities.

Grade 10 is something I don't have an answer.

South Etobicoke (Dundas/Kipling is a great option as you have the convenience of subway which allows you access to downtown and uptown, GO train/Bus which helps you get to Mississauga/Brampton/Oakville and Mississauaga Transit (Bus). You cannot go wrong in terms of convenience and if you would like to have flexibility of traveling in any direction
