It was old VAN. As per my knowlege, damage is under $1000.
If he is going to collision center without insurance inofrmation of ABC.
What would be next step from Police/Collision Center?
How would ABC will come to know and within what time?

hopefully xyz doesnt say that abc hit and ran..
He can't say.
Because ABC took his number and give him miss call at accident place.
At evening XYZ called to ABC twice and his dummy lawyer also called to ABC.
Want to know what would be happen in case of police case OR collision report?
