1.if you have sensitive teeth: then use sensodyne tooth paste from drug mart (the best quality) with soft brush, and leave the paste on teeth upto five minutes. and then rinse, don't eat right away, this is best to practice before go to bed regularly, in few days you will feel the difference.

2.drink very slowly wheat grass juice, helps pervent cavities.

3. each time you eat sugar or drink coke, do rinsing.

4. use natural things for mouth freshness, such as green elachi pods, cloves, fennel and coriander seeds, basil leaves (tulsi), equlyptus leaves, peppermint leaves.

Keep adding your tradional tips,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thanks

This one is iffy for me.

My dentist recommended this and even provided a couple of samples.

It worked great for a few weeks.

After that, all of a sudden, teeth sensitivity increased a lot.

I could not figure out the reason.

Then, on a hunch, I stopped using Sensodyne and within a few days, the sensitivity went away.

I concluded that it is best used occasionally and in some cases can worsen the symptoms.

I just passed on my experience as told by a dentist. For best result: use three times, and massage paste with finger if someone is extra sensitive, and one should not have food within three to four hours or whatever maximum one can do. Drink water or any other liquid with straw beween meals. Because, giving time to heal the enamal. Three to five days results can be achieved, but it is not a easy task. Using on night continuely for fifteen days minimum can give result.

Thanks to share experience.
